GA CLAMS


SAPELO ISLAND CLAMS 
We use clams (a mollusk)from Sapelo island,Ga whenever available. Country ham is braised with aromatics. Sweat garlic and shallot then add the clams and steam with reserved braising liquid and then we add the andouille sausage corn heavy cream and mount with butter and herbs. Served with grilled sourdough.
ALLERGIES SEA FOOD ,DAIRY,PORK,GLUTEN ONIONS AND GARLIC
