We serve the person who is serving the guest.
We send negativity to work somewhere else.
We praise as aggressively as we discipline.
We talk to each other not about each other.
We listen carefully and respond respectfully.
We don’t do ‘hot potatoes’. We deal with it.
We always ask ourselves if this can wait until the
battle is over.
We continuously challenge each other to improve.
