Chocolate Almond Layer Cake
Four layers of dark chocolate cake sandwiched between layer of chocolate cheesecake mousse.the sides will be covered in toasted sliced almonds.the layer cake will be served with hot fudge, dark chocolate curls, and toasted almond ice cream .

Rum Sopped Coconut Cake
Tres leches style where white cake is soaked in 3 “milks” after it has baked and cooled. Garnished with whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes.
