BURRATA

Burrata is a fresh Italian cow milk cheese (occasionally buffalo milk) made from mozzarella and cream The outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside contains stracciatella and cream, giving it an unusual, soft texture.

Four layers of dark chocolate cake sandwiched between layer of chocolate cheesecake mousse.the sides will be covered in toasted sliced almonds.the layer cake will be served with hot fudge, dark chocolate curls, and toasted almond ice cream .

NEW GNOCCHETI SET WITH CRAB

Our potato and ricotta gnocchis are sautéed in oil with beautiful local spring ingredients that will change very often. We add Sun gold tomatoes, herbs, butter, fresh lemon juice, then finally lump crab meat( Peekytoe Crab) Pair with sauvignon blanc or albarino!!

NEW ROSES FOR SPRING!

Ciliegiolo is a red grape native to northern Italy that is seldom seen these days, and Lugano vinifies it to show its light and fruity character. The wine is ripe with intense fruit flavors of cherries and forest berries and a touch of tartness, complemented by an enduring, minerally finish.

Enoteca Bisson was born in 1978 when Pierluigi Lugano fell in love with the wines of the Ligurian coastline. He began as a trader in small lots of bulk wine, later became a wine merchant and finally a grower in his own right. He now splits his time between his busy wine shop in Chiavari, the wine cellar and his vineyards.

GA CLAMS


SAPELO ISLAND CLAMS 
We use clams (a mollusk)from Sapelo island,Ga whenever available. Country ham is braised with aromatics. Sweat garlic and shallot then add the clams and steam with reserved braising liquid and then we add the andouille sausage corn heavy cream and mount with butter and herbs. Served with grilled sourdough.
ALLERGIES SEA FOOD ,DAIRY,PORK,GLUTEN ONIONS AND GARLIC

DAY BOAT NOW SAME AS LUNCH


PAN ROASTED “DAY BOAT” FISH
·         Will most often be caught off the Southeastern and Gulf coasts. Pan roasted and served over a corn puree (cream, butter, and corn, pureed and strained). Garnished with roasted corn and topped with diced okra.

ALLERGIES: Fish, dairy, citrus, onion/garlic
